ENTRY FEE $5 – PEN RENT: $3 PER HEAD – Estimated amount offered:$1,316.00

Entry Fees Must Be Collected for all entries when entry blanks are submitted—per the Department of Agriculture.

Premiums will be paid contingent upon the State of Illinois having their premium fund reimbursement program in effect at the time of our fair.

Entry forms must be postmarked no later than June 29 , 2016, Walk-in entry forms no later thank July 1, 2016.  No late entries accepted.  (See General rules) 

PREMUIM CHECKS WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT EXHIBITOR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, NO EXCEPTIONS.  REGISTATION PAPERS REQUIRED ON ALL PUREBRED LIVESTOCK AND MUST BE IN EXHIBITORS NAME.

Specific Department rules:

  • Pens will be assigned by superintendent.
  • There will be NO mark-up on any class or money will not be paid.
  • The Fair reserves the right to combine classes if there is only one exhibitor in a class
  • All wire, cans, bottles, and garbage shall be placed in containers. All show boxes, feed, and cots to be kept in area of individual stalls and out of show ring.
